Plover Cove Reservoir Country Trail is the hardest official hiking trail in Hong Kong. It needs to walk 20km without any support and retreat point, li is also leak of shelter along the trail. However, you will award great views of Plover Cove, Tolo Channel and Double Haven, they are the best sceneries in Hong Kong.

Get off the minibus at Wu Kau Tang, Walk along the Chi Sum Road
Then turn left at Wu Kau Tang Road

At the sign named Wu Kau Tang
Turn right to Plover Cove Reservoir Country Trail
