Tsz Wan Shan is located in Kowloon, with a height of 495 meters, a Digital TV transmission tower is on the summit, and a concerted service road to connect the tower and Sha Tin Pass Road. Besides the basic way to walk along the Sha Tin Pass Road from Wong Tai Sin or Jat’s Incline, the Tsz-Kwun Ancient Trail (Tsz Wan Shan and Kwun Yam Shan) is a perfect alternative, as the end point of the ancient trail will arrive the junction at Sha Tin Pass Road before the summit of Tsz Wan Shan.

The overall condition of the trail is quite good, with its nice view and intermediate difficulty, Tsz Wan Shan is a very good short hiking trail in Kowloon.

Get off at Oi Fu House bus stop, walk toward Tsz Ching Estate and the mountain behind Tsz Chung Estate

Walk toward this slope

Step up the staircases

Turn right to start the Tsz-Kwun Ancient Trail, there are only few forks along the trail, just keep gaining ascent

The end of Tsz-Kwun Ancient Trail will meet up the jucntion of Sha Tin Pass Road and Kwun Ping Road, walk toward Kwun Ping Road (left side in the photo) to the summit of Tsz Wan Shan

Then turn left at the fork at Kwun Ping Road

Walk the path on right side

After passing by the radio center, it will have a short distance dirt path

Grand views of Kowloon and Lion rock

Meet up the Sha Tin Pass Road, a store and public toilet there
Then walk downhill along Sha Tin Pass Road

Other then walking along Sha Tin Pass Road concrete road
The staircases of Kwun Yam Temple also a good choice to downhill

Turn left to Tsz Ching Estate, turn right to Sha Tin Pass Estate

Turn left to Tsz Ching Estate, turn right to Sha Tin Pass Estate (again)

Come to an end at Tsz Ching Estate
